"Packaging was fine, but a bit unnecessary in spots"
The box looked okay overall, though it did have a few dents when it arrived. Inside, everything was neat enough, just nothing special. For the price, I expected the presentation to be a little nicer, and some of the extra packaging felt unnecessary. Not terrible, but not impressive either.

I ordered from liiton.com in my head I was already assuming it would take a while because online shipping usually does. But this was actually easy. I got tracking updates, nothing felt confusing, and the package showed up a few days earlier than I had mentally planned for. Everything was packed well too, so no complaints from me.

"Nice quality, but my gut says it’s a little overpriced"
I ordered from liiton.com and my first reaction when the product arrived was positive. It looked nice right out of the box, and it has that solid feel where you kind of instinctively think, okay, this should hold up fine.
That said, once I thought about the total cost with shipping, my gut feeling was that it didn’t quite feel like the best deal. I’m not upset with the purchase or anything, but for the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit more worth it

"Clean, modern site with a good first impression"
I’ve used a few similar sites before, and Liiton definitely feels nicer than a lot of them. The site looks clean, the product photos are clear, and it’s easy to browse around without getting overwhelmed. I did notice a few pages could load a little smoother or use better spacing, but overall the design feels modern and gives off a solid first impression.

I picked up my LIITON glasses a while back, and I’ve been using them pretty much every day since. They’ve got a nice weight to them, look great on the shelf and in hand, and so far they haven’t picked up any scratches. i don’t have any complaints.

"Support got back to me really fast"
I had a small issue with my order and emailed support, expecting it to take a while. They replied way faster than I thought they would, checked my receipt/order details, and had everything sorted the same day. Really happy with how smoothly it went.

"I got this as a gift..."
I got this as a gift for my brother, and he ended up really liking it. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked in person, and the box was decent too. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was still a good buy.
